THE VAN THAT CAN...
Catering & Events
Baby Birchy is our vintage mobile coffee van and cocktail bar. We bring her to weddings, festivals, corporate events and private parties across the Snowy Mountains, from Jindabyne, Thredbo, Berridale and Cooma to the Sapphire Coast and Canberra.
Barista coffee all day, or a bar pouring cocktails, wine and local beers. Most events run as BYO: you supply the drinks, and we bring the van, our bar staff, ice, glassware, cocktail gear and the party vibes. We also hold our own mobile liquor licence for up to 300 guests.
