Catering & Events Cancellation Policy.

A 20% non-refundable deposit secures your date.
Final payment is due 7 days before your event, along with final numbers and any dietary requirements.

Menu and package changes are welcome up to 14 days before your event.

Cancellations made within 30 days of your event lose the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of your event require full payment, as food has been ordered and staff booked.

Weather: we don’t cancel for bad weather. If your plans change, we’ll happily deliver to a different venue so your event can still go ahead.

Corporate catering and drop-off orders are invoiced the week of your event, and we’ll include their terms with your quote.
