For something extra special, our vintage coffee and cocktail van Baby Birchy is also available—bringing barista-made coffee, cocktails and a curated selection of café-style treats and light meals to your event.

Bring a unique flair to your event with Baby Birchy, our vintage-style 1950s mobile coffee caravan and cocktail bar. We serve the Snowy Mountains, Sapphire Coast and Canberra region, including Jindabyne, Cooma, Thredbo and Perisher, Pambula.

Baby Birchy offers a fully licensed mobile bar and café on wheels, perfect for weddings, birthdays, product launches, corporate events, school celebrations, Christmas parties and more. We bring charm, flexibility and seamless service to every setting.

Our all-inclusive bar service includes glassware, mixers, garnishes, ice and RSA-certified bar staff. You supply the alcohol and we take care of the rest, serving everything from signature cocktails to local beers and bubbles.

On the café side, Baby Birchy serves specialty coffee, iced drinks, sweet treats, light café-style fare and recovery breakfasts, ideal for morning events, school groups, markets and community days.

We have catered everything from mountain weddings, corporate launches, VIP media events, backyard birthdays, school functions, music festivals, sports club celebrations, community festivals, tourism events and multi-day sporting events.
